Construction

• These incubators are robust with double walled construction, and whole Stainless Steel inner chamber.
• Mild steel sheet outer chamber with powder coated paint finish.
• 75 mm gap between the walls, filled with graded glass wool for appropriate insulation, avoiding heat losses.
• Internal chamber fabricated with ribs, help in adjusting shelves to a suitable height.
• Provided with 2 or 3 removable shelves.
• Shelves are made of Stainless Steel Sheet.
• Insulated Door fitted with heavy hinges.
• Door has double glass window, facilitating in the inspection of samples.
• Heating elements are made of high-grade nichrome wire for constant temperature.

Temperature Control:

• Excellent Temperature Control with graded capillary type thermostat, from ambient to 80 degree C.
• Temperature control knob is progressed in centigrade degrees, after observing the temperature in stable state.
• Fitted with L-shaped prismatic glass Thermometer on top of Incubator, ideal for reading the temperature of chamber.

Ventilation:

• Air ventilators provided on both the sides.
• Power requirement: provided with cord & plug appropriate to operate on 220 V single phase, AC supply and 50 Hz.
• Standard sizes are provided with air circulating fan.
